At Dreame, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home technology; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Dreame account and navigate to your order history to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the product in its original box with all manuals and components, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the shipping carton.
Ship the Product
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking receipt for your records.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned unit to confirm its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
